What Pasaka stores, and what it doesn't.

What Pasaka stores

  • Your Google email (so you can sign back in).
  • Display name and language preference you set.
  • Every expense you log — amount, category, optional note, date.
  • Monthly budget, income lines, fixed expenses you enter.
  • Days you've marked as 'no spend today' — to keep the streak counter accurate.

What Pasaka does not store, ever

  • Bank account numbers, card numbers, transaction history.
  • Contacts, calendar, Google Drive, photos — nothing beyond email is requested.

Where it sits

Postgres on Railway. One database, one app, no other systems read it.

Your levers

  • Settings → Export everything: one CSV with every expense you've logged.
  • Settings → Danger zone → Delete: type DELETE and your account, expenses, budgets, goals are gone. No support ticket.

Email

Pasaka does not send email. No newsletter, no notifications, no password reset (there's no password — Google handles sign-in). Your address sits in the database and is never used to message you.

Questions? The founder is on Telegram. The whole repo is one developer; if something here is wrong, it gets fixed the same day.
